Guidelines for Authors

Each track includes paper presentations and group discussions while the keynote sessions and summary of discussions take place in joint sessions. WETICE welcomes papers on "work-in-progress" from the Ph.D. students.

All tracks share important dates:

Paper submission: February 28th, 2014
Notification to authors: March 26th, 2014
Camera-ready papers to IEEE: April 11th, 2014

A special issue of the journal Scalable Computing: Practice and Experience with selected papers from WETICE will be published.
Details on the special issue will be available after the conference.

All papers are refereed by the Scientific Review of Committee of each conference track.

Proceedings will be published by IEEE in a single volume including all tracks as for past issues available under IEEE Digital Library.

The proceedings co-editors of 2014 proceedings are: Marco Aiello, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands, and Sumitra Reddy, West Virginia University, USA.

The proceedings will be submitted for indexing through INSPEC, Compendex, and Thomson Reuters, DBLP, Google Scholar and EI Index.

Registration

Authors are requested to register before the early registration deadline.

Registrations are now open via Regonline.

Early registration (extended to May 4th, 2014)

For IEEE members: 350 euros
For non members: 400 euros
For track chairs (one per track): 200 euros
For additional presented paper: 150 euros

Late registration (after May 4th, 2014)
Includes conference, proceeding, lunches, welcome drink, social dinner
For IEEE members: 400 euros
For non members: 450 euros
